Jev Ad Radar ("the extension", "the service") is built and operated by an independent developer
reachable at jevadguide@gmail.com. These terms govern your use of the extension and of the
classification service behind it.
By installing the extension or buying a subscription you accept these terms. If you do not accept
them, do not install the extension.
A browser extension that labels posts in your feed on X (Twitter), Xiaohongshu and Weibo as
advertising, native advertising, lead-bait or explicit content, and can collapse them.
A paid subscription grants an allowance of classifications and a device limit:

There is no user account. A licence key is the entire credential. Keep it private — anyone holding
it can consume your allowance.
Payments are processed by Creem, acting as merchant of record. Creem issues your invoice and is
the party that charges your payment method.
Both plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel at any time
through the customer portal linked in your receipt email, or by emailing us from the address you
purchased with. On cancellation you keep access for the period already paid for, and you are not
charged again.
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in your local currency at Creem's rate. Applicable taxes
are handled by Creem and may be added at checkout.
If the extension does not work for you, email jevadguide@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and
we will refund you in full, no explanation required.
A refund revokes the licence key immediately. The same applies to a chargeback. Continuing to
use the service after a refund is not possible.
The extension makes judgements about text, and it gets some of them wrong. On our own measured set
roughly 7% of ordinary posts receive a label they should not have, and about 11% of the four-way
classifications are wrong. The figures published on our website describe that measured set and are
not a guarantee of performance on your feed.
Do not rely on the extension for any decision that matters. It is a reading aid. A post without
a label may still be an advertisement; a post with one may be perfectly honest. Nothing it shows is
a statement of fact about the poster, and no label should be read as an accusation against any
person or business.
You may not:
We may suspend a licence that is being used this way. If we suspend a licence in error we will
restore it or refund the remaining period.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. It depends on third parties — the Jev model from
TypeSafe AI, Cloudflare, and the social platforms themselves — and any of them can change or fail.
A platform changing its page structure can stop the extension working until we ship a fix. We do
not promise uptime and we do not offer credits for downtime, but if an outage lasts long enough to
make your subscription worthless, email us and we will make it right.
We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website with a new "last
updated" date. Changes do not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for. If a
change is unacceptable to you, cancel and we will refund the unused portion of the current period.
We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will refund the
unused portion of every active subscription.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any
claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory
consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

本服务没有用户账号，授权码就是全部凭据。请妥善保管 —— 持有它的人都能消耗你的额度。
支付由 Creem 处理，它作为 merchant of record 开具发票并实际从你的支付方式扣款。
两个套餐都会在每期结束时自动续费，直到你取消为止。可随时通过收据邮件里的客户门户取消，
或用购买时的邮箱发信给我们。取消后，你已付费的当期仍可正常使用，之后不会再扣款。
价格以美元标示，按 Creem 的汇率以你的本地货币结算。相关税费由 Creem 处理，可能在结账时另计。
如果本扩展对你不好用，购买后 14 天内发信到 jevadguide@gmail.com，我们全额退款，无需说明理由。
退款会立即撤销授权码。 拒付（chargeback）同理。退款后无法继续使用本服务。
本扩展是在对文本做判断，而它会判错。在我们自己的测量集上，约 7% 的正常帖子会被贴上
不该有的标签，四分类里约 11% 判错。网站上公布的数字描述的是那个测量集，
不构成对你信息流上表现的承诺。
不要把本扩展用于任何有实质后果的判断。 它是一个阅读辅助工具。没有标签的帖子仍然可能是广告；
有标签的帖子也可能完全诚实。它显示的任何内容都不是关于发帖者的事实陈述，
任何标签都不应被理解为对某个人或某家企业的指控。
你不得：
我们可能暂停以上述方式使用的授权码。如果我们误停了你的授权码，会恢复它或退还剩余周期的费用。
本服务按「尽力而为」提供。它依赖第三方 —— TypeSafe AI 的 Jev 模型、Cloudflare，
以及各社交平台本身 —— 其中任何一方都可能变更或故障。平台改版可能导致扩展失效，直到我们发布修复。
我们不承诺可用率，也不提供停机补偿；但如果故障持续到让你的订阅失去价值，发信给我们，我们会妥善处理。
我们可能修改本条款。重大变更会在网站上公告并更新「最后更新」日期。变更不溯及你已付费的周期。
如果某项变更你无法接受，取消订阅即可，我们会退还当期未使用的部分。
我们可能变更或下线功能。如果完全终止服务，我们会退还所有有效订阅未使用的部分。
本服务按「现状」提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们就任何索赔对你承担的责任总额，
以索赔发生前十二个月内你实际支付给我们的金额为限。
本条款不限制依法不可限制的责任，包括你作为消费者的法定权利。
